📢 SQUAD ANNOUNCEMENTS 🥁
📰 Consistency and stability appear to be the aims for both the Linesight and Halligan O'Connor Property Consultants-sponored first XV and #BLDG J1s, as they reveal their respective hands for round three league outings this coming weekend.
🔄 For tomorrow’s #EnergiaAIL meeting in Malone, the first XV shows only a couple of changes from the starting side that lined out against Banbridge last weekend, with Kieran Leonard and Oisín McNamara again swapping roles, with the former in from the start and the latter looking to impact off the bench.
⚡️ Hugo Lennox is named to start at out-half, having been a late withdrawal last week, while Robbie Gallagher and Shane Murphy are in line for their first AIL appearances of the season, having impressed for the J1s over the last couple of weeks.
🏥 Murphy and injured captain, Conor Nulty will be losses for the J1s’ Metro League meeting with Wanderers on Sunday, but in Dara Twomey and Ben McKieranan they call on two players hungry for game time, having both featured in the opening AIL win over Navan.
👨🏻✈️ The returning Trevor Scuffil is the only other change to the run-on side, while the in-form Joe May takes over the captaincy.
🚌 For the second successive week, both sides are on the road, with the seniors set for Gibson Park, Belfast in a 2:30pm kick-off tomorrow, and the J1s underway at Merrion Road from 3pm on Sunday.
