Founded
Bill Hartford organises the first group of players. First game played at "The Twelve Acres" against Drogheda — Skerries win 9–8. Affiliated to the IRFU and Leinster Branch in September 1926.
First Towns Cup
Under captain Joey Sherwin, Skerries win the Provincial Towns Cup for the first time, defeating Wexford Wanderers 7–5 at Lansdowne Road.
Towns Cup Treble
Skerries win the Towns Cup for the third time, defeating Curragh second team 17–0 at Lansdowne Road. Three in a row.
Senior Cup at Lansdowne Road
Under Peter Quirke, Skerries qualify for the Leinster Senior Cup, playing at Lansdowne Road. Three consecutive Towns Cups in this era.
